Residential building in the Montedago Q3 quarter
The sloping site, the sun orientation and the type of the apartments suggest the design solution of the volumes stepping down toward the rolling Marche landscape.
A series of small service courts are notched in the depth of the building, permitting the ventilation of bathrooms and kitchens; the three blocks are unified by a long metal screen which hosts the balconies toward south-west, while the opposite side is rhythmed by the regular array of the high bedroom windows.
