The proposed redevelopment of Bayside Central aims to completely regenerate the area, transforming it into a vibrant mixed-use district. The development will feature a combination of residential units, offices, and retail spaces, complemented by a range of common amenity areas such as a gym, spa, and lounge areas facing a new public square.
The development comprises six uniquely shaped buildings, collectively housing approximately 275 residential units. While each building possesses its distinctive geometry, volume, and height, they are visually united through a cohesive facade design, resulting in a balanced urban vision reminiscent of the Mediterranean square.
Emphasizing the connection with the surrounding landscape is a fundamental design aspect. The new public square, serving as a collective space for the city, will play a crucial role in fostering community engagement. Additionally, the project prioritizes the integration of views and relationships between the buildings, enhancing the overall spatial experience.
